Services include, but are not limited to:
-Regular Prenatal Massages during pregnancy
-Assistance during birth using techniques from my Massage Doula Training to help keep you comfortable, mellow, and in the zone!
-Free Infant Massage class after delivery when family is safe and recovering at home. I will teach the parents/caregivers techniques to keep baby happy and mellow and feeling good!
